Objectives are to show consistent sales growth, ensure store projects proper O'Reilly image, operates as a profit center, and follow policies and procedures aimed at ensuring company operates as economically and efficiently as possible. Requires automotive retail management experience; excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills; and knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems. Must be available to work as scheduled. ASE certification preferred.

Responsible for repairing engine blocks and heads, crankshafts, rods, blocks, flywheels, brake drums and rotors. Requires knowledge of automotive engines and their components, ability to operate various types of power tools and equipment, and the ability to conform to strict quality control policies.

As a Store Counter Sales team member, you will provide retail and professional customers with world class service; support management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks including maintaining inventory control and store appearance.
Responsible for keeping the store front floor area stocked, fronted, and clean; stocking merchandise according to planograms or displays; completing sales preparation; and greeting customers on the sales floor. May also require occasional delivery of parts/products to professional customers. Requires good aptitude for dealing with number sequences, excellent customer service skills, and good organizational skills. Must be at least 18 years old and possess a good driving record and valid drivers license.
