Responsible for developing and leading a team to achieve sales performance, exceptional customer service, store appearance, and general task and compliance execution on a daily basis. Objectives are to show consistent sales and profit growth by ensuring outstanding customer service, proper staffing levels, performing outside sales calls, maintaining store and team appearance, and controlling expense.
- Automotive retail management experience
- Experience developing and leading a team
- Excellent customer service, communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
- Must be available to work as scheduled
- ASE certification preferred
