eCommerce Marketing Manager See All Corporate Positions

O'Reilly Auto Parts is looking for an experienced, creative and innovative eCommerce Marketing Manager to develop and execute the sale of auto parts through eCommerce transactions, drive website strategy, as well as the continued execution to build the iconic O'Reilly brand in the digital space.  We are driven and committed to win in this area and our eCommerce Marketing Manager will help lead and drive our brand within eCommerce sales.

 What You'll Do

  • Stimulate the sale of auto parts through eCommerce transactions
  • Participate in the execution of the company's long-term Omni-channel strategic plan
  • Actively participate and contribute in Advertising and Omni-Channel Advisory Committee meetings
  • Oversee strategy, creative direction, timing and execution of eCommerce related activities including:  search engine optimization, web merchandising, program/offer testing, proprietary content generation, user generated content, online promotions/offers and new media/technologies
  • Collaborate directly with Merchandise, Pricing, Customer Service, IT and other cross-functional partners to achieve strategic objectives, test/implement site enhancements, and maximize sales   
  • Develop, execute and measure targeted promotions to capitalize on key selling opportunities
  • Analyze and report on site traffic, conversion rates, sales, customer surveys and marketing ROI using web analytics tools
  • Manage annual budget for eCommerce marketing/promotional activities
  • Direct and conduct regular competitive analysis to identify industry best practices and recommend action items
  • Manage vendor relationships·         
  • Develop and grow eCommerce marketing team
  • Prioritize and manage projects to timelines, budgets and resources
  • Assist with special projects at the direction of the Vice President of Marketing  

 What you need

  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing all eCommerce functions in a retail environment
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Communication or eMarketing; Masters preferred
  • Knowledge of eCommerce technology and Google Analytics
  • Proven record of ability to increase website traffic, conversion rates and sales 
  • Demonstrated experience in building and promoting brands/products online
  • Experience developing and executing integrated eCommerce marketing campaigns
  • Solid ability to analyze data to manage ROI for positive results
  • Experience leading cross functional teams
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships
  • Exceptional communication, analytical and project management skills
