O'Reilly's Construction Department manages over 200 projects every year to accommodate our fast growing company. These projects include ground-up, building renovations and tenant infill.

General Contractors

All O'Reilly Auto Parts projects are bid by invitation only to the General Contractor. All invited bidders must be pre-approved by the O'Reilly Construction Department. In order to be considered for approval, your business must have been operating for at least 5 years and have experience with similar commercial/retail construction projects.If you feel your company meets these initial criteria and would like to be considered for future O'Reilly projects, please send the following information: - AIA 305 Contractors Qualification Statement
- 6 Trade References (with contact information)
- 6 Client References (with contact information)
- List of previous projects (for at least the last 4 years)
